FS Richard Sachs Cyclocross Bicycle

by | May 28, 2020

This RSCX bicycle was made in 2017 to be displayed as part of the House Industries exhibit, A TYPE OF LEARNING, at The Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation. It has been stored ever since. Now I am selling it to raise dollars for the RSCX Team’s 2020 season. This bicycle is in perfect condition having never been pedaled, ridden, or even shifted. It remains a pristine example of how these look before hitting the first turn at a cyclocross event.

The frame is made from PegoRichie tubing, Richie-Issimo lugs and small parts, and Piccoli Gioielli dropouts. Components include a Cane Creek Classic 110 headset, Selle San Marco Aspide saddle, Crankbrothers Candy 11Ti pedals, Cinelli Dinamo stem, handlebars and Neos seat post, TRP REVOX brakes, COLE/Richard Sachs T-38 tubulars wheels (with rims hand-striped in matching green color by Angelo Cruz), Challenge tubulars, a CONNEX cain, and a SRAM Force 1X drive train.

The seat tube measured center to center is 57.5cm.
The top tube measured center to center is 56.8cm.

Included in this sale are 1) a second set of COLE/Richard Sachs T-38 tubulars wheels with tires and, 2) an additional set of COLE/Richard Sachs T-24 tubulars wheels with tires and, 3) a complete spares set of extra cables, casings and brake pads and, 3) two spare CONNEX chains.

$10,000 for the above.
